Adorable cottage just across the street from the beach! There were restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance as well. Perfect for a weekend getaway, we will be back!

We stayed for 6 nights and the location was perfect. We were in Wilmington to spend time with our son at UNCW. The house was close to campus in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

The home was perfect, it was just me on this trip and I really felt at ease when I walked in. Everything was cleaned and set nicely I didn’t have to fumble around trying to figure things out. The host was super nice over the messages but didn’t overly reach out. I’ll be back and if possible would stay again.

We are seniors and found this residence easily accessible and sufficiently spacious. Everything we needed was provided as well as being clean, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were especially very comfortable.

Location was perfect for what we had planned to do. I had no need to reach out to the hosts. Furniture was clean and had no issues with our stay.
We plan to visit Wilmington soon and have this property on my favorites list to stay again.

We felt right at home, the kitchen had nice pots and pans and made cooking easy. The house was clutter free and great for my young grandson to be able to run and play. There was plenty of couch space for everyone to be able to gather and be comfortable.

The place was GREAT .. everything was nice and put together. . I ended up leaving something and they let me know they found it and put it away for me till I went to pick it up. THANK YOU I’ll definitely stay again!

This Tiny Home/Cottage was absolutely perfect!! Ladd Stephen was very responsive and thorough with any questions I had before and during my stay. The home is small & cozy! Very Clean! It is across the street from the ocean, and walking distance to some great restaurants! I will be staying here again!

This is just what we needed for visiting our daughter at college. Plenty of space, clean and easy to get to. I will say if you plan on cooking make sure you bring all spices and any cooking products. We would definitely rent this house again!

This was a lovely little cottage. It felt very homey and comfortable. It’s right in “downtown” Kure Beach so there are several restaurants, the Kure Beach Pier, and a market very close by. And the beach is right there! I think I was the only guest one night and felt perfectly safe. There is a lovely front porch which I would have enjoyed if not for the torrential downpour and gusty wind!. Also, there’s an ice maker! The cottage is not far from Carolina Beach with more food and shopping options. Although everything you need is right in Kure Beach! You can shop at the pier and there’s even ice cream!
This was a lovely spot with a great host and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back myself one day!
